• 21/09/2022: RE-ADVERTISEMENT: REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REoI): "Consulting services for upgrading and providing maintenance and support services for Road User Charge (RUC) system for Road Maintenance Fund of Rwanda"

Road Maintenance Fund (RMF) would like to hire a Consultancy Firm to upgrade the existing Road User Charge (RUC) System and provide maintenance and support services to ensure effective security and functionality of the system according to the Client needs.

The objective of the aforementioned system is to assist RMF and its relevant stakeholders to manage and distribute roads maintenance funds by allowing them to monitor, coordinate road maintenance financing activities for better planning and making data-driven decisions by End User.
